We invite you to explore these regional wildlife wonders of Tarangire National park, Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara areas in which we work, the wildlife, natural highlights and what you could experience as our guests.

Day wise Itinerary

  • Day 1 : Arusha – Tarangire National Park

Pick up from Arusha hotel/lodge and drive further through the Masai Steppe via Makuyuni Junction and over down to the Tarangire National Park. This is now the fifth largest park, of all parks in Tanzania, and the Tarangire National Park is dotted with amazingly big Baobab trees and the extraordinary large herds of elephants; Tarangire is quite a place not to miss while on your African safari to Tanzania if you are a lover of the jumbos or other general large game. The park is home to many animal species and some rare breeds like the Oryx and hirolas, and some rare birds species. Later in the afternoon we drive out of the park and check in and heading Mto wa mbu for dinner and overnight.

After an early morning breakfast at you camp or lodge at sunrise then you will check out and drive towards the Ngorongoro Crater also known as the 8th Wonder of the world. When you arrive you will register at the Loduare Main Gate then you descend into the Crater for a wonderful game drive (with a picnic lunch on the crater Floor. Ngorongoro Crater is often described as one of the wonders of the world. The ‘Crater’ (not actually a crater) is world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and a known natural sanctuary for some of Africa’s densest animal populations. This is also one of the few places in the world where the rare black rhino can be observed in their natural habitat. As very few animals migrate in and out of the crater with its 2000 ft. high walls, you can expect to see lions, elephants, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, many birds and other species. Reliable, exciting, just perfect! We visited 4 parks (Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Serengeti, Manyara) in 4 days with Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club. I am not particularly an animal fan and I enjoyed it thoroughly, despite the long distances that we covered with the 4wd vehicles. So we travelled as a group of 13 people (3 families with kids age 7-12) and took 2 vehicles for the safari. A huge thank you to Gasper and Denis who were our guides for the 4 days and we learned a lot from them! They are real experts on every aspect of the wildlife, geography, they speak excellent English, are super reliable, patient and have eagle eyes to spot the rarest animals while driving! They had no problem to adjust to the unexpected change in our travel plan on the last day of our trip. They served us a decent lunch every day and we had more than enough cold water in the vehicles. We really had a lot of fun with them! The booking process itself was smooth, Vincent was always responsive and clear
