Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Day 1: Munnar Town & Tea Hills Exploration

  Arrive in Munnar (Typically reached via road from Kochi — ~4–5 hours drive)
  
  Morning: Scenic Arrival & Tea Gardens
  Check-in at hotel/resort
  
  Head to Tata Tea Museum (KDHP) – Learn about Munnar’s tea legacy, with tastings and machinery demonstrations.
  
  Visit nearby Munnar Tea Plantations for photo ops and light walks.
  
  Lunch
  At a local restaurant (try Rapsy, Saravana Bhavan, or your resort restaurant)
  
  Afternoon: Viewpoints & Nature
  Photo Point – Lush green hills, perfect for quick snaps.
  
  Mattupetty Dam – Enjoy boating with panoramic mountain views.
  
  Echo Point – Famous for the natural echo phenomenon.
  
  Kundala Lake – Optional pedal or row boating amid pine forests.
  
  Evening
  Return to hotel/resort.
  
  Optional: Attend a Kathakali or Kalaripayattu show (many cultural centers offer this nightly).
  
  Dinner at the resort with local Kerala cuisine.

• Day 2 : Day 2: Wildlife & Waterfalls

  Early Morning: Eravikulam National Park
  ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr and stunning views of Anamudi Peak (South India’s highest).
  
  Park opens at 8:00 AM, arrive early to avoid crowds.
  
  Light trek or shuttle ride to the top viewpoint.
  
  Late Morning
  Return to hotel for breakfast & check-out.
  
  Visit Blossom Park (optional stop) for a short nature walk and flowers.
  
  Lunch
  En route back to town or on the way out of Munnar.
  
  Afternoon: Waterfall Stop on the Way Out
  Attukal Waterfalls – Scenic falls with a short walk, especially beautiful during/after monsoon.
  
  Optional: Lakkam Waterfalls if heading towards Marayoor/Chinnar direction.
  
  🚗 Depart Munnar by late afternoon to return to Kochi or your next destination.
