On our adventure camping safaris you will be immersed in the East African wilderness. You will travel on rough adventurous roads, pass tiny rural settlements and see fascinating landscapes and abundant wildlife.

All your senses will be involved; from smelling early morning coffee, experiencing the thrill of a kill to the chill of a morning game drives. Falling asleep to the hooting of an owl or waking up with the roaring of a lion is what you will experience. The safari experience is all the more intense as you are 鈥榬ight in the middle鈥� of it all. The nearness to the nature, especially at night with its nocturnal sounds, compensates for the luxury of a lodge.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Tarangire National Park:

  Pick up from your hotel at 08:30 AM, after an approximately 2-hour drive you will reach the Tarangire National Park. As you enter the park, your guide will open up the roof for your better viewing experience. The landscape is made up of seasonal marshes and a seemingly endless tree savannah with its mighty baobab trees. The park is home to the largest elephant herds in the north of Tanzania. After an extensive game drive you will reach the Fanaka Campsite to overnight on Full Board basis.

• Day 2 : Serengeti National Park:

  After breakfast, you will depart for Serengeti National Park with an optional visit to the Maasai Village or Olduvai Gorge (Millions of years ago, the site was that of a large lake, the shores of which were covered with successive deposits of volcanic ash. Excavation work there was pioneered by Louis and Mary Leakey beginning in 1931. The Serengeti National park covers 14,763 km虏 (5,700 square miles) of grassland plains and Savannah as well as river trine forest and woodlands. The park lies in the north of the country, bordered to the north by the national Tanzania and Kenyan border, where it is continuous with the Maasai Mara National Park Reserve. Stay overnight at Seronera Campsite on Full Board basis.

• Day 3 : Full Day at Serengeti National Park:

  Spend a full day game drives exploring the vast central Serengeti National Park. The central of the park give us further time to wonder at the migratory herds and the dangers and challenges they face each year in their battle for survival. As well as the heard animals, you can perhaps the hippopotamus 鈥� or up in the skies, a majestic martial eagle. As well as the migrating animals, this area also has a good population of resident wildlife, so you won鈥檛 be disappointed. Picnic lunch box will be provided by your driver guide at the picnic site. Stay overnight at Seronera Campsite on Full Board basis.

• Day 4 : Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority:

  Wake-ups call at 6:00 AM, in order to have just a cup of hot coffee then proceeds for an early morning game drive, this morning game drive is very important as you will be able to witness the early morning kills from the big five only if you will be lucky enough. After the game drive back to the Lodge at 9:30am in order to have your main breakfast, there after you will check out the Lodge and proceed with game drives en-route to Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority. Stay overnight at Simba Campsite 鈥� with fascinating view of the crater floor!

• Day 5 : Ngorongoro Crater Tour 鈥� Drive Back to Arusha:

  An early breakfast at 7 AM; and then drive down the steep and narrow road that takes you into the crater. The slopes are forested but soon the landscape changes to Savannah. Here the wildlife is just breath-taking and with a little luck you can observe the 鈥淏ig Five鈥� 鈥� lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino and leopard 鈥� in just a few hours. You should also see warthogs, wildebeests, zebras, hippos and some of the more than 500 bird species of the area. After a morning dedicated game viewing and a picnic lunch, you will leave the crater in the early afternoon to drive back to Arusha.
