1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit or full payment as specified in the package. Bookings are subject to availability. Confirmation is valid once payment is received and acknowledged by Brightview Tours & Safari.
2. Payment
Full payment must be made before the tour start date as indicated in your invoice. We accept payments via bank transfer, mobile money, or other agreed methods.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund policy: More than 30 days before the tour: 80% refund. 15鈥30 days before the tour: 50% refund. Less than 15 days: No refund. Brightview Tours & Safari reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety issues). In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
4. Changes to Itinerary
Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, local events, or other factors beyond our control. We will do our best to provide alternative arrangements without compromising the quality of your experience.
