The 4 Days Tanzania Classic Safari offers an incredible wildlife experience through some of Tanzania’s most famous northern circuit parks: Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara. With only 4 days on safari, this itinerary is carefully crafted to give you a rich wildlife adventure, perfect for those with limited time. Encounter lions, elephants, flamingos, zebras, and much more — all while enjoying comfort, safety, and expert guiding.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival in Arusha

  Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport. You’ll be met by our team and transferred to your lodge/hotel in Arusha for dinner and overnight stay. Depending on arrival time, you can relax or take an optional city tour.

• Day 2 : Arusha – Tarangire National Park

  After breakfast, head to Tarangire National Park, known for its majestic baobab trees and huge herds of elephants. Game viewing here is excellent year-round, especially around the Tarangire River. Enjoy a picnic lunch and a full-day game drive before heading to your lodge/camp for dinner and overnight.

• Day 3 : Tarangire – Ngorongoro Crater Safari

  After breakfast, depart for the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the world’s most famous wildlife destinations. Descend into the crater for a half-day safari where you may spot the Big Five (lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard) all in one place. Have a picnic lunch near the hippo pool, then exit and drive to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

• Day 4 : Lake Manyara National Park – Arusha

  After breakfast, head to Lake Manyara National Park, famous for its tree-climbing lions, hippos, flamingos, and large baboon troops. Enjoy a game drive and lunch before returning to Arusha in the late afternoon. Optional overnight stay or airport drop-off depending on your flight schedule.

  Enjoy a free day in Arusha for relaxation or optional activities like coffee tours or visiting Maasai markets. This day helps buffer your safari and gives flexibility before your flight.
