Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival in Haridwar – Start of Chardham Yatra

  Arrive at Haridwar Railway Station or Haridwar Airport
  
  Transfer to Rishikesh (approximately 1 hour by road)
  
  Check-in at hotel, rest for the night
  
  Evening Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri (Haridwar)
  
  Overnight stay in Haridwar/Rishikesh

  Relax and prepare for the Yamunotri pilgrimage tomorrow

  Early morning drive to Janki Chatti (approx. 30 km)

  Darshan of Yamunaji (the river goddess) and Yamunotri Temple
  
  Visit Surya Kund (hot spring) near the temple
  
  Return trek to Janki Chatti and drive back to Barkot

• Day 4 : Barkot – Uttarkashi (Gangotri Yatra)

  Relax and prepare for the Gangotri Darshan the next day

  Optional: Visit Gaumukh, the source of the Ganges (4-5 km trek, additional day required)
  
  Return to Uttarkashi by evening
