Day wise Itinerary

  • Day 1 : Arrival Delhi

    Arrive Delhi, After completing immigration and custom formalities, meet our representative at the arrival gate. After introductions, you will be transferred to the hotel. Delhi, the capital of India, is home to 16 million people, making it the third largest city in India. The strategic location of the city made it an attractive location for invading armies, and it served as the capital for many great empires that ruled India. Many of these Empires built significant monuments, and whilst the Mughal and the British are the most visible, while driving through the city you will see ruins from previous capitals, the earliest dating back to the 12th century. Overnight at the hotel.

  • Day 2 : Delhi Sightseeing

    Morning your tour will begin with a visit to Raj Ghat, a simple memorial to Mahatma Gandhi. He is also famously known as the 鈥渇ather of the nation鈥. Continue your tour to Jama Masjid, one of Asia鈥檚 largest mosques. People stream in and out of the mosque continuously and the presence of a nearby bazaar means that the area is rarely quiet. Enjoy the rickshaw ride at Old Delhi peddling through the narrow by lanes of Chandani Chowk and visit spices market is one of the largest wholesale spice markets in Asia, It is well worth a visit for the intensity of its sights and smells alone. Along with fresh spices of all shapes, sizes, and colors, this market sells myriad nuts, herbs, dry fruits, and grains. In the afternoon visit the Qutub Minar complex which dominates the historic site where Qutb-ud-Din-Aibak laid the foundation of Delhi Sultanate. Its sandstone minaret, 72.5 m high, has a staircase of 379 steps to reach the summit. It is the tallest stone tower in India and one of the most successful Muslim buildings. You will then discover the Humayun Mausoleum, the 2nd Mughal emperor. Built in the middle of the 16th century at the request of Hamida Banu Begum (the widow of Emperor Humayun), the mausoleum is a fine example of early Mughal architecture. Drive past British Architect by Edward Lutyens, with the task of building the new capital in Delhi. Lutyen鈥檚 Delhi primarily consists of the administrative area of the capital, India Gate and the Viceroy鈥檚 House (which is now known as Rashtrapati Bhawan). A visit to Delhi is incomplete without going to Lutyen鈥檚 Delhi which one can say, is the place where the Central Government of India currently resides and works from. Overnight at the Hotel.

  • Day 3 : Delhi 鈥 Jaipur by surface (卤260 Kms./卤 05 Hrs)

    Today, travel by road to Jaipur, on arrival check in at hotel. Afternoon tour is planned to offer you an insight on the socio-economic aspects of the city. Every lane in the walled city has something interesting to offer and the relaxed Rickshaw ride is the best way to explore the city like the locals do. Overnight at the Hotel.

  • Day 4 : Jaipur Sightseeing

    Morning proceeds for the sightseeing tour of Jaipur visiting Amber Fort with Jeep. Elephant Ride (Optional). Visit the city of Amber and its fort. Erected on a vast hill, the citadel and its fort were intended to protect the ancient capital of the state of Jaipur. You will get there on the back of an elephant, then you will come back in a jeep. You will be able to visit the various rooms, the inner courtyards, the rooms of public hearings, the Mughal gardens with its star-shaped flower beds. In addition, Amber Fort offers panoramic views of Lake Maota. On the way back you will stop at the Hawa Mahal - the famous and magnificent Palace of the Winds. Later, proceed to visit City Palace is one of the major landmarks in Jaipur. The beautiful palace was built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh during his reign. Among the various forts and palaces of Jaipur, City Palace stands apart, with its outstanding art and architecture. In the Palace complex visit Maharaja Sawai Man Singh II Museum. Visit to Observatory or Jantar Mantar. It is an astronomical observation site built in the early 18th century. Whose passion for science, engineering, and astronomy prompted him to construct this complex of fourteen scientific instruments. It鈥檚 been over 200 years since they were first constructed, these fourteen structures can still accurately measure time; predict eclipses, and track stars and planets in their orbits. The Laxmi Narayan Temple is commonly known as the Birla Temple and is located beneath the Moti Dungri Fort. You must visit this temple during 鈥楯anmashtami鈥, the birth ceremony of Lord Krishna as the festival is celebrated on a grand scale. There is a magnificent museum which exhibits the ancestral possessions of the Birla family. For shopaholics there is a shopping complex where numerous items are available. Overnight at the Hotel.

  • Day 5 : Jaipur 鈥 Agra by surface (240 Kms/ 05 Hrs)

    Today, travel by surface to Agra. This city has a lot to be explored and with this activity, you will be able to visit old shops and enjoy the market area like a local. You can shop for locally crafted goods made up of Stone, Marble, leather goods, collectibles, and many more products. You will also get to interact with the craftsmen and will witness there work closely. Afternoon, visit to Taj Mahal at sunrise. The Taj Mahal is one of the Seven Wonders of the World that symbolizes the love of the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal鈥檚 final resting place. The Taj Mahal is widely recognized as "the jewel of Muslim art and one of the universally admired masterpieces of the world's heritage. The white marble building changes its hue with the variations in the daylight. In moonlight, particularly on the full moon night, the marble appears extraordinarily luminescent. later, visit The Agra Fort is one of the most important and robustly built strongholds of the Mughals, embellished with number of richly decorated buildings encompassing the imposing Mughal style of art and architecture. Also visit a marble-inlay workshop to see the intricate work and unique skill which goes into each finely detailed piece of marble inlay, using a number of beautiful semi-precious stones.   • Day 6 : Agra 鈥 Jhansi by Train & Jhansi 鈥 Orchha 鈥 Khajuraho by surface

    Breakfast at hotel and later transfer to Railway station to board train for Jhansi. Upon arrival you will meet our representative and transfer to Orchha. The Bundela chief Raja Rudra Pratap (1501-31) chose an easily defended and beautiful site for his capital. Set on the island on a bend in the Betwa River, it is elevated above the surrounding wooded countryside. Orchha contains three palaces The Jehangir Mahal: The most admired palace of Orchha鈥檚, It was built as a present to welcome Mughal emperor Jehangir when he paid a state visit in the 17th century. The Sheesh Mahal: Sheesh Mahal ("Palace of Mirrors") was built during the early 18th century, long after Orchha's demise, originally intended as an exclusive country retreat for the local Raja, Udait Singh. Phool Bagh: The walled Phool Bagh or Flower Gardens is a cool summer spot. A sight you must not miss. Also visit Ram Raja Temple & Chaturbhuj Temple. Afternoon, transfer to Khajuraho. Upon arrival check in at hotel. In the Evening you will visit Khajuraho, which is also known as Temple City of Central India, is renowned worldwide for the erotic carvings on its stones. The temples, built in the Chandela dynasty, are listed as UNESCO World Heritage sites. visit of the Khajuraho temples - Eastern and Western Group of Temples. The main temples are in the Western group, which features the magnificent Kandariya Mahadev Temple. It is the most beautiful and largest temple in Khajuraho.   • Day 7 : Khajuraho 鈥 Varanasi by flight (6E 5082)

    Morning take Heritage & Cultural Walk of Khajuraho - Experience authentic Khajuraho on this amazing walking tour of the old town with our fun and entertaining storytellers. This walking tour will give you a great induction of the city, its history, its vibrant culture, and its people with lots of wonderful stories about the city, fun facts and must do things in the city. Visit, the Eastern Group of temples, which contains a number of exquisitely sculptured Jain temples. Parsvanatha is the longest of Jain temples in the eastern group. The sculptures in this temple are non-erotic. After that proceed for breakfast at hotel. Check out from hotel and transfer to Airport to board on flight to Varanasi. Upon arrival in Varanasi, check in at hotel. Lunch at your own. Later early evening explores the city walking and enjoy a rickshaw ride and then deboard from Rickshaw and witnesses the religious ceremony on the Hindu holiest river 鈥 The Ganges.   • Day 8 : Varanasi Sightseeing

    Early morning at 0500 Hrs: Proceed to experience Boat Ride on holy River Ganges. While you return from Boat ride, enroute to hotel may visit Bharat Mata temple, Durga temple and the Tulsi Manas Temple and Benares Hindu University. Breakfast at hotel. After Breakfast proceed for an excursion to Sarnath, one of the top four Buddhist pilgrimage destinations in the world where the Buddha gave his first sermon. Buddhists look upon India as the land of Buddha which makes Sarnath a popular tourist attraction. Visit the Archaeological Museum (Closed on Friday鈥檚), Ashoka Pillar and the Chinese Buddhist Temple. Lunch at your own. Afternoon, return to Varanasi. Time free for shopping and visiting various Ghats. Varanasi is famous for Silk. You can find world class quality silk. After shopping, time free for relaxation. Overnight at the hotel.

  • Day 9 : Varanasi 鈥 Delhi & International Departure
