Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Delhi 鈥� Manali (570 Kms/ 12-14 Hrs)

Today evening at 5:30pm start your journey From Delhi to Manali by Overnight Travel through A/C Volvo
Note:听You have to reach at听05:00 pm听in Delhi our Volvo point (On your Own)听i.e. RK Ashram, Palika Place, Near Metro Station, New Delhi or Manju ka Tilla ,new delhi
Day 2 : Arrival In Manali + Local City Tour (3 - 4 Hrs.)

Reach Manali Volvo Stand where our representative will welcome you with warm smile & Transfer you to the Hotel.听(Check in time is 12:00 noon & Check out time is 10am as per Himachal hotel Policy).
After fresh up in afternoon Place to Cover: -听Hadimba Devi Temple, Vashisht Hot springs, Tibetans Monastery. Evening you will be free to explore the听Mall Road & IBEX Market听of Manali. Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 3 : Manali To Rohtang Pass (52Kms) Or Manali To Solang Valley + Him Valley

Today enjoy full day Rohtang Pass up to snow line听(Snow line refers to the barrier placed by the government to avoid risks during Heavy snowfall). You can Enjoy there snow activities , Paragliding etc. Over night stay at hotel

Today morning after breakfast proceed for听听solang听valley.Its a beautiful picnic spot you can enjoy there adventure activities like Paragliding, zoorbing ball and cable ride听听your own cost .At drive back to Manali & enroute you can cover Him Valley Fun Park .In the evening return back to听Manali .Have听Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel.
Please Note:听Rohtang听Pass听sight seen is subject to matter of听NGT听order & followed by听Manali听taxi Union policy & cost.听Rohtang听Pass听not included in the package because The听NGT听in its order has restricted the number of vehicles听passing听through听Rohtang听Pass听for tourism. Vehicle for听Rohtang听pass听can be hired directly from Manali听taxi Union by own cost. If our vehicle听get听permission for听rohtang听pass听than will covered by our own vehicle. After breakfast a drive to Kullu to enjoy thrilling River Rafting (on your own expense), to visit World famous Pashmina Shawl Factory and explore the local Market. Later proceed to cover Vaishno Devi Temple , ,Naggar Castle and art gallery . Later at听5 pm听return to Manali. Dinner and overnight stay.

Today morning after breakfast at听8 am听excursion to听KULLU听AND MANIKARAN. On arrival in听Kullu听you can do River Rafting (on your own expenses) and shopping of World famous Pashmina Shawls. Then visit Vaishno Devi Temple and local market. After that proceed towards Manikaran. On arrival take a bath in Natural Hot Springs of Sulphur and then visit old Ram Temple and Gurudwara. Manikaran is located in the Parvati valley (Altitude of 1760 Meters) and along the river Beas. Later at听5 pmreturn to Manali. Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel.

Note:

Rates may fluctuate during festive seasons (i.e. Independence Day, Holi, Diwali, New Year etc.)

Similar Hotels will be provided in case selected hotel is Sold Out/Closed or unavailable due to service factors.

EXTRA PERSON COST:

Children below 6 years are complementary in parent鈥檚 room without extra bed. (Milk/Food for infant or children below 6 years is chargeable and direct payable at hotel.

Children between 6- 12 Years &Adults (Above 12 yrs.) would Cost extra according to the Company鈥檚 Policies.

Note:听 In case, False Information (Fake Age) is conveyed to the Company by the customers, The Company possesses full right to extract the fair amount from the customers without any objection from external authorities.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

HIJ Only acts as a booking agent of the Hotel Accommodation & Transport Or Adventure Like Camping And Trekking , providing the services and it shall not have any liability whatsoever for any aspect of the arrangements between the service provider and user as regards the standards of services provider.

PAYMENT POLICY:

50 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company鈥檚 account to confirm the package.

We can also accept the booking at 25 % of total package cost as a token amount if you confirm the desired package before 15 days of your travel date.

Please note that the advance 25% of the payment will be considered as token amount only & will be non refundable. Rest of the 25 % must be cleared before 7 days of Travel Date. Failure in doing so will lead to cancellation of your tour.

Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival.

PREPONE AND POSTPONE

In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 7 days prior to journey date via mail.

The customers can postpone/ prepone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 7 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.

Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.

In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.

We do not accept any change in plan within 7 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.

The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.

The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note : In order to transfer听 your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first)

Company has a right to reschedule the site seeing days to ensure smooth execution of tours.

Any amendment requested during the tour, will be treated as a fresh booking and additional cost will be charged other than earlier allocated tour cost.

AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS

There is no contract between the company and the client until the company has received the initial deposit amount of specified tour package. Payment must be received in accordance with the procedures of Payment Policy.

In case, customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 15 days of the travel date because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written.

Advance amount 50% is also non-refundable in case the cancellation is done within 15 days of the travel dates or No Show scenarios.

Advance token amount 25% is non-refundable in any cases.

In exceptional cases like Instant death company can refund the advance payment amount but after deducting its necessary service charges* (Please note: Company would also need the death certificate for the same for Refund)

The Company has complete authority to change the package costing if in future there is a hike in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other additional services provided.

Only those Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher.

Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in form cash/money/alternative services.

Service Charge & Service tax is different
