Package Overview

Take the short trip of a lifetime (3 days/2 nights) and visit the major Golden Triangle cities by train, with an English-speaking driver to meet you at each destination. Explore Delhi, Agra and Jaipur 鈥� all famous for their monuments, including the Red Fort, Taj Mahal and Amber Fort.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : DELHI 鈥� AGRA

  05:00 am- Pick up from Delhi International Airport or your hotel by our English-speaking driver in air-conditioned vehicle and transfer to New Delhi railway station to board your train to Agra. (Train name: Bhopal Shatabdi, Train No. 12002). You can enjoy breakfast on the train.
  08:00 am 鈥� You will be met at Agra railway station by another of our English-speaking drivers to transfer to your hotel for check-in and breakfast.
  09:00 am 鈥� Departure from hotel for sight-seeing in air-conditioned car, to include:
  Taj Mahal visit 鈥� this monument is the epitome of Mughal Art and considered as one of the finest architectural buildings in the world. It was built by Mughal Emperor, Shah Jahan, to commemorate his beloved wife Mumtaz and is considered to be one of the highlights of any visit to India.
  Agra Fort 鈥� This monument is situated on the bank of river Yamuna and was constructed by Mughal emperor Akbar which began in the year 1565. This monument encompasses the impressive Mughal style of art and architecture.
  Itimad-ud-Daulah鈥檚 Tomb (Baby Taj) 鈥� This great monument was constructed between 1622 and 1628 by Nur Jahan, the wife of Jahangir, for her father Mirza Ghiyas Beg. It is designed in a big cruciform garden criss-crossed by water courses and various walkways.
  Have lunch at your preferred place.
  At the time of sunset, you will visit Taj Mahal- This monument is the quintessence of Mughal art and considered as one of the most famous architectural buildings in the whole world. Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan constructed this monument in the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, with whom he fell in love at the first sight.

• Day 2 : AGRA 鈥� FATEHPUR SIKRI 鈥� JAIPUR

  06:00 am: Option to visit Taj Mahal at sunrise, followed by breakfast at your hotel and time to relax before departure.
  08: 00 am 鈥� Depart for Jaipur with stop en route at Fatehpur Sikri to explore the ancient fortified desert city of palaces, with its unique mosque.
  Lunch at a restaurant of your choice.
  15:00 pm 鈥� On arrival in Jaipur, check-in to hotel for a short break before sightseeing.
  16:00 pm 鈥� Departure for sightseeing to include: The legendary Hawa Mahal, also called the 鈥淧alace of Winds鈥� built by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh in 1799. This extraordinary building resembles a beehive, with more than 900 small windows, and is constructed of local pink and red sandstone.
  Albert Hall Museum 鈥� the oldest museum in the desert state of Rajasthan cited in the Ram Niwas Garden. This beautiful monument has a vast collection of important exhibits including carpets, metal sculptures, fire-arms, paintings, colourful crystal works and much more.
  After sightseeing, return to your hotel to relax and enjoy comfortable overnight stay.

• Day 3 : JAIPUR 鈥� DELHI

  08:00 am- After breakfast at hotel, leave for sightseeing to include some of the city鈥檚 other major tourist attractions, including:
  Amber Fort, known by the locals as 鈥淎mer鈥� Fort, constructed in the 16th century by Raja Man Sing I, which also attracts tourists from across the globe due to its unique location overlooking Maota Lake.
  Jal Mahal, the legendary palace in the middle of Man Sagar Lake.
  City Palace 鈥� no visit to the 鈥淧ink City鈥� would be complete without a visit to the world-famous palace complex, conceived by Sawai Jai Singh II, featuring unique buildings and gardens; a museum that will enlighten you about life in Rajasthan; and the four famous doors depicting the seasons, each guarded by members of the palace staff. You will have the chance to learn about Rajasthan鈥檚 ancient culture here before departing for the next stage of your journey.
  17:00 pm 鈥� Drop off at Jaipur railway station to board your train to Delhi (Ajmer Shatabdi, Train No. 12016) with dinner on board.
  22:40 pm 鈥� On arrival at Delhi, you will be met by our driver and air-conditioned car for transfer to your hotel, or the airport for onward flight.
