Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival in Leh – Acclimatization & Shanti Stupa

  Arrive at Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport, Leh.
  Transfer to hotel, welcome tea & rest for acclimatization (high altitude ~11,500 ft).
  Evening: Visit Shanti Stupa (sunset view) & Leh Palace.
  Leisure walk around Leh Market.
  Overnight stay in Leh.

  Confluence of Indus & Zanskar Rivers at Nimmu.
  Gurudwara Pathar Sahib.
  Afternoon free for acclimatization.

  Breakfast at hotel, check out.
  Drive across Khardung La Pass (world’s highest motorable road – subject to weather).
  Arrive in Nubra Valley, check in at camp/hotel.
  Visit Hunder Sand Dunes – enjoy a double-humped camel ride.
  Evening at leisure under starry skies.
  Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

• Day 4 : Nubra → Pangong Lake (via Shyok Route)

  Breakfast at camp, check out.
  Scenic drive along the Shyok River to reach Pangong Tso Lake (~14,000 ft).
  Witness the changing colors of the turquoise-blue lake, backdrop of barren mountains.
  Evening: Leisure by the lakeside, photography.
  Overnight stay at Pangong Lake (camp/cottage).

• Day 5 : Pangong → Leh (via Chang La Pass)

  Early morning sunrise view at Pangong Lake.

  Evening free for shopping at Leh Market.
  Overnight stay in Leh.
