Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : ARRIVAL /ACCLIMATIZATION.

  On the very first day experiencing a wonderful flight over the Himalayan Ranges. On Arrival you will be received by our Agent representative and Transfer you to the Hotel. After traditional Greetings by khataks , welcome tea and drinks, rest for the whole day & and let your body take complete Acclimatization . Late Afternoon, if Health permits ,Drive to Shanti Stupa And leh palace later stay back to hotel . Overnight Hotel.

• Day 2 : LOCAL SIGHTSEEING . LEH/MAGNETIC HILL/GURUDWARA PATHAR SAHIB/HALL OF FAME /SANGAM POINT/MARKET

  After an Early Breakfast at the hotel. Start your drive towards Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill, Kali Temple and Sangam. At Sangam you can enjoy white river rafting ( own cost )on Zanskar river.
  Hall of Fame is a must visit for every patriotic Indian. It has been built by Indian army in memory of soldiers who lost their lives in Kargil war.
  Gurdwara Pathar Sahib located at a distance of 40 kms from Leh, was constructed in 1571, in memory of Guru Nanak to commemorate his visit to this region.
  Magnetic Hill is the place where you will see your car, with its engine turned off, move upwards on a steep slope. It almost sounds unbelievable.
  The Sangam is the place called Nimmu where the Zanskar river and Indus rivers merge. In the evening come back to Leh.
  Later if time permits walk around to the market to do some shopping, try some local cuisines, Antiques etc.

• Day 3 : LEH TO NUBRA VALLEY VIA KHARDONGLA PASS (18379 ft). 160 km. (4hr 30 min)

  After an early breakfast ,Start your drive to beautiful Nubra Valley via Khardongla pass (The Highest Motorable road in the World, 18,379 ft) with the trails continues alongside with a beautiful landscape till Hundar village. On arrival check in into camp. Afternoon enjoy the beauty of Sand Dunes ,ATV Biking, Double Humped camel ride ,Overnight Hunder Camp or similar.

• Day 4 : Hunder/turtuk/hunder .

  Early morning After breakfast drive to Turtuk village with the beautiful landscape, This village is about 85 kms from Nubra valley Hunder and can take about 2 to 3 hours drive to reach there, The village is situated between Karakoram range and The Himalayas .The Total population of Turtuk is just 4000 and follow islam as about 40 years back this village was under Pakistan and their language is Baltistan , one can enjoy and walk around the village and meet with the local people ( Aryans ) which are always hardworking .Turtuk is known for its fruit, especially apricots. Later Come back to Hunder village via same route. Overnight Hunder camp or Hotel.

• Day 5 : Hunder /Diskit/ Pangong via Shayok.

  Today , we get up early morning visit to Diskit monastery and have wonderful view of Nubra valley. Drive to Pangong lake via Shayok valley . Enjoy the turquoise color panoramic lake and the magnificent mountains and landscapes which will leave you awestruck . Spent your afternoon enjoy the beauty of Pangong lake and later checked into camp .Overnight Pangong camp.

• Day 6 : Pangong to leh

  After an Early morning breakfast with a beautiful sunrise and start your journey back towards leh via changla pass (17000 ft) Approx .Enroute beautiful landscapes barren mountains which will continue till Kharu village the Manali highway.on the way by visiting Thiksey Gompa,Shey palace ,Rancho school, and later back to leh city. Overnight hotel.

• Day 7 : Leh to Kargil VIA LAMAYURU ( MOONLAND )

  After Breakfast proceed to Kargil v Fotu La Pass and Namki La pass. Kargil is known as the location of the In Pakistani border war of 1999. En route we visit Patthar Sahib Gurudwara beautiful Gurudwara sahib constructed in the memory of Guru Nanak, Magnetic Hill - also known as Gravity Hill where vehicles defy the force gravity, Sangam of the rivers Indus & Zanskar - two of Himalaya's great Rivers. Lamayuru Monastery - one of the largest and oldest gompas in Ladakh. In the evening we arrive at Kargil. Overnight in Kargil.

• Day 8 : Kargil - Drass - Leh

  After Breakfast proceed to Drass, here we visit Drass War Memorial, also known as Vijay Memorial - built in the memory of the martyr soldiers of the 1999 Kargil War. Then we visit Mulbekh Monastery & Maitrya Buddha Statue. In the evening we arrive at Leh. Overnight in Leh.

• Day 9 : Flight to Delhi /Departure.

  Early Morning our representative will transfer you to the Airport and fly for onward destination. and take sweet memories of Ladakh.
