  We have completed our Kerala tour as per the schedule. At the outset myself on behalf of my family express thanks for arrangements as per the norms given. We all enjoyed the trip. In all the places Thekkady, Munnar, the reception and quality of the food was good. The location of the hotel was Very good. Some of the basic facilities were sub-luxury.   Right from arrival to our final day of travel, they have been very supportive in helping us out. The owner Mr Showkat Ali personally came and visited us on the first day of our travel and made us feel comfortable. As a tourist, all our questions related to any place was patiently answered by him. I would recommend those who wants to visit Kashmir I highly recommend to come via Aly Tour and Travel.   Good Service Consistently 鈥� Manjiri Bothate. My trip to Munnar and Allepey house boat went without any major hiccups. Parag was in touch frequently and checked on us. Any minor issues we had were easily corrected. Our driver Rajesh was excellent and very friendly. His driving was safe and faultless. We had a good time during our Kerala trip. I booked the trip from UK. There were no issues with wiring the deposit from UK. The hotels were comfortable. The houseboat and the service was good, though the boat was not quite upto "premier" standards. On the whole, Shimla Kashmir tours were reliable. ...more
