  I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. That made a huge difference. I’ve learned my lesson — I’ll book directly with Trip Genius Advisory Tours next time. They truly made the experience worthwhile.   We booked a 10-day safari including Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, and Maasai Mara. The tour was organized by Elisha, and the planning process went very smoothly. Elisha was incredibly helpful and quick to answer all of our questions (and we had many, as this was our first safari), providing useful information along the way. Our driver, John, was the perfect guide. From the airport pickup to the game drives, where he showcased all his skills in finding and spotting all the animals we were hoping to see. Thanks to John, we were able to see all the Big Five and all the big cats we were looking for. The accommodations were excellent and conveniently located (either within the park or close to the gates). Food exceeded our expectations, including the lunch box provided during full-day game drives.   February 2025 Maasai Mara Group Joining Safari As a traveler from California, I had the pleasure of joining a group safari to the Maasai Mara with Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris in February 2025.   I visited Diani and the Maasai Mara in January 2025, and it was an unforgettable adventure. Diani’s beaches were absolutely stunning, with powdery white sand and crystal-clear water. The weather was perfect for both relaxation and water activities like snorkeling. The local culture added to the charm, making my stay incredibly enjoyable. The Maasai Mara was the highlight of the trip. Seeing the Big Five up close in their natural habitat was beyond words. The safari was well-organized, with expert guides who shared fascinating insights into the wildlife and ecosystems. The vast savannahs, coupled with the dramatic skies, created breathtaking views.
