  I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. That made a huge difference. I’ve learned my lesson — I’ll book directly with Trip Genius Advisory Tours next time. They truly made the experience worthwhile.   Best 5 Days of My Life – Thank You, Trip Genius! Just got back from a 5-day group safari with Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris, and honestly — it was everything I hoped for and more! We explored the incredible Maasai Mara, where we saw lions, elephants, giraffes, and even a leopard! Every game drive was thrilling, and our guide made sure we didn’t miss a thing. Then we headed to Lake Naivasha, took a boat ride among hippos, and cycled through Hell’s Gate — such a cool, up-close experience! The group was small and friendly — we felt like one big safari family by the end. The lodges were clean, comfy, and full of character. Everything was taken care of so we could just relax and enjoy.   We toured Kenya, Tanzania, and Zanzibar with Dallago Tours, and every day was incredible. Their 4 × 4 safari jeeps are comfortable, and the guides are very experienced. The wildlife experience at Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater was amazing. The management of the beach holiday in Zanzibar was perfect - the hotel, transfers, everything went well.
