  The booking process with Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris was smooth and accommodating, even on short notice. Their guide, Ken, arrived early with a safari pop-up vehicle and took guests to the Giraffe Centre, a local market, and Nairobi National Park for a private 5-hour tour. They saw a wide range of wildlife, including lions, rhinos, giraffes, hippos, and more. Ken was knowledgeable, respectful of animals, attentive, and helped with photos without being overly talkative. The experience ended with a visit to Carnivore Restaurant.   I am grateful to Natural World Kenya Safaris because they have given us much more than we expected. Every transfer from the airport was on time and organized. Our tour consultant Abel answered every question before the tour started, even at night. We visited 5 parks, and each park had an experienced and certified guide. Our guide Julius could hear every sound in the forest and knew which way the animals were! We had help choosing hotels from Esther, and each lodge was beautiful and comfortable. The food, the service, the view - everything was great. This is definitely the best family vacation of our lives. ...more
