  I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. That made a huge difference. I’ve learned my lesson — I’ll book directly with Trip Genius Advisory Tours next time. They truly made the experience worthwhile.   "Our safari experience was incredible! The team was professional and everything was well-coordinated. Elisha, the CEO, was outstanding from start to finish. Although we missed the Great Migration, which we hope to see on a future private tour, the trip was unforgettable. Just a slight delay during our hotel pickup, but otherwise, top-notch service.   I arrived at Amboseli National Park with the desire to get away from the hustle and bustle of Nairobi and spend a few days in nature. My private safari began with the well-organized Bencia Africa Adventure & Safaris. The guide and driver Joseph was very sincere and experienced. On the first day, I saw a huge herd of elephants - that scene is still vivid in my mind. I stayed in a comfortable lodge surrounded by natural surroundings, where there was a great combination of local and western food. Every morning and afternoon, I went on game drives and saw hyenas, leopards, giraffes and colorful birds. One evening, I was suddenly fascinated by the sight of a lion family on the side of the road. The most memorable moment was seeing the golden light of Kilimanjaro while sipping my morning cup of coffee. This three-day safari was like a dream.   We recently booked a five day Tsavo West, Amboseli, and Tsavo East safari through Bencia Africa Adventure & Safaris, and it was simply amazing! Our trip began in Mombasa, and from there it was like entering a new world. The vast savannah of Tsavo West the amazing Mzima Springs, and the presence of countless wildlife amaze us. After reaching Amboseli National Park, the view of Kilimanjaro made our experience even more dreamy. The view from the huge herd of elephants, zebras, giraffes, and lions here was truly incredible. Then a group of elephants roaming on the red soil in Tsavo East looked like a picture! Our guide explained in detail about each animal and their behavior; he was very efficient and knowledgeable.
