  I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. That made a huge difference. I’ve learned my lesson — I’ll book directly with Trip Genius Advisory Tours next time. They truly made the experience worthwhile.   From the very first contact, the Company's professionalism immediately earned my trust. I booked a 3-day Masai Mara group joining safari, and everything was flawlessly arranged — from the well-selected accommodations to the seamless coordination of the itinerary. Although I was encouraged to confirm my deposit a bit earlier than expected, the Company delivered an experience that far exceeded my expectations. Having previously joined a safari with another provider the year before, I can confidently say that this was a superior experience in every aspect.   11 Days of Pure Magic with Trip Genius Advisory – May 2025! We’re Claire and Jean-Luc from Lyon, France, and just returned from the most unforgettable 11-day safari with Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris in May 2025. From our first message, Pdg PDG Elisha was outstanding — professional, attentive, and full of great advice. He designed a flawless itinerary covering Nairobi National Park, the Giraffe Centre, Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Amboseli, Tsavo, and Diani Beach — a dream mix of wildlife and relaxation. Every detail was spot-on. The driver-guides were warm, professional, and reliable. We felt safe, relaxed, and well cared for every day.   Just returned from an unforgettable 3-day safari in Amboseli with my friends, organized by Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris — and it was simply amazing! The view of Mount Kilimanjaro was magical, especially in the early morning light. We saw large herds of elephants up close, plus lions, giraffes, zebras, and so many birds! Our guide was professional, friendly, and spoke excellent English and even a little Mandarin, which made us feel at home. The accommodation was comfortable, the meals were delicious, and everything ran smoothly from pickup to drop-off.   An enjoyable day trip from Nairobi We took a day trip of Nairobi National Park, Giraffe centre and Karen Blixen museum from Safarilinks. The communication with Douglas was prompt, transparent and professional. Our driver and guide Titus was friendly and knowledgeable. Even though it was raining in the morning and we couldn't see lions because of that, we still saw Rhinos, Hippos, Giraffes, Zebras, Impalas, Buffaloes, Crocodiles, Antelopes and lots of birds in their natural habitat.   Thanks to Anne and all the team at Amazing Memories Safaris for making our (my son and I) first trip and safari to Kenya a great experience. All the pre-trip itinerary options and selections were done very well; in fact I had initially booked to travel in March, but managed to break my leg in February, so had to change our travel dates to July. Anne reorganised the trip with no problem, finding us accommodation in what was of course an already mostly fully booked peak safari season. Our trip did not get off to the best start as we missed our connection from Europe to Nairobi due to a late incoming flight. Anne reorganised the team to pick us up at the airport very (very) early the morning after our scheduled arrival no problem. The safari part (6 nights: 1 in Treetops, 1 in Lake Nakuru, 4 in Masai Mara) all ran like clockwork, our driver John was excellent as both our guide and driver. All we had to worry about was getting to the hotel receptions each morning and afternoon, where John was always waiting, ready to go. In terms of game sightings, we saw all the Big Five and many other species, including cheetah. In the Masai Mara, we saw 28 lions, including 18 on one day, in 3 different sightings, all very close up. Of course, sometimes it is the luck of the day, but we were very happy with what we saw. While we joined the sightings where many vehicles had already gathered which is normal (for lions, leopard and cheetah - the drivers / guides keep in touch by radio to see where the action is), John also had the patience to look in many areas on our own, away from the main tracks, and this produced a leopard only a few feet from us, which we were able to enjoy by ourselves.
