  I have traveled a lot in my life, but what I saw at the Mara River Crossing in the Serengeti was truly a unique experience. When thousands of new wildebeest were crossing the river together, there were crocodiles nearby - the cruelty and beauty of nature were seen together. It would not have been possible to see this scene from such a close distance without the experience and accurate timing of our guide.   My husband and I are both nature lovers. This package was perfect for us. I started by watching elephants in Tarangire and ended by standing on the rim of Ngorongoro Crater and enjoying the greenery of the world together. We have seen the leopard. At the end of an afternoon safari in the Serengeti, sitting on a slope with wine, just the call of the birds around - I will never forget that moment. ...more

  We went at the right time-the Mara River crossing was underway. The moment when the herd of wildebeests crossed the river, avoiding crocodiles, was like a scene from a documentary!   This 5-day trip was a dream come true for us. The very first day we went to Tarangire National Park, where we were surrounded by a herd of elephants! Our guide was very knowledgeable and patient, introducing each animal one by one. Serengeti was like a kingdom of heaven! We are stunned to see the migration of thousands of wildebeest and zebra in front of our eyes. At sunrise, I went on a game drive and watched the cheetah hunt - it's like a dream! Finally, entering the Ngorongoro Crater felt like entering an ancient world. There we saw lions, hippos, and even a rare black rhino.   I was alone, a little worried about such a long trip, but Hallmark Travel Planners managed everything so perfectly that the whole 7 days passed in the blink of an eye. From Victoria Falls to Masai Mara, Serengeti, then Ngorongoro Crater - every place is a different story! Richard was my guide in Kenya - he's not just a guide; he knows the jungle.   I participated in this group-scheduled tour in March, and I must say - it was the best 4 days of my life! The vast sea of grass of Serengeti and elephants, giraffes, and lions roaming in it - everything is like a dream. The view of Ngorongoro Crater is a living painting. Guide Frank was excellent, patiently answering every question and explaining the behavior of the animals. Friendships developed between the passengers, and the journey was orderly.
