Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : ARRIVE PORT BLAIR

  On arrive at Port Blair airport, our representative will receive and escorted to the hotel. After check-in at the hotel and little relax, we proceed to covers Cellular Jail (National Memorial), and after at evening, we move for the Light and Sound Show at Cellular Jail where the saga of the freedom struggle brought alive. The Cellular Jail has a pride of place in Indias freedom struggle. Many a stalwart were imprisoned here. Declared a national memorial, this three-storey prison constructed by Britishers in 1906, is a pilgrimage destination for freedom fighters. This colossal edifice has mutely witnessed the most treacherous of inhumane atrocities borne by the convicts, who were mostly freedom fighters. The day draws to a gentle close with the Sound and Light Show at the historic Cellular Jail which gives you a vivid experience of its strong association with the freedom fighters and their struggle for independence. • Day 2 : PORT BLAIR - HAVELOCK ISLAND (SWARAJ DWEEP)

  Today after breakfast, we proceed to Havelock Island (renamed to Swaraj Dweep). The Journey of Havelock Island starts by ferry from Port Blair Harbour. The sailing duration is around 90 to 120 minutes. On arrival at Havelock Island, our representative will receive at Harbour and escort you for check-in at the hotel. Later we proceed proceed to Radhanagar Beach (Beach No. 7), the Times Magazine crowned one among the best beaches in Asia. The wide sandy beach is ideal for swimming, play with high tides, sea bathing and basking

• Day 3 : HAVELOCK ISLAND (Swaraj Dweep) - ELEPHANT BEACH

  Today after breakfast, we proceed to Elephant Beach by sharing boat, 1 session of Snorkeling complementary for all pax. (Subject to operation).
  (Note: If Elephant Beach is not operational the guest would be taken to Kalapathar Beach).

• Day 4 : HAVELOCK ISLAND (Swaraj Dweep) - PORT BLAIR - CITY SIGHTSEEING

  Today after breakfast, we start our return journey to Port Blair. On arrival, our representative will receive and escort you to the hotel. Post Lunch tour starts for Port Blair city which includes Chatham saw mill (the oldest and biggest mill in Asia), Forest Museum, Samundrika (Naval Marine Museum), and Anthropological Museum, which displays the tools, models habitats, art and handcrafts of the aboriginal tribes of Andaman & Nicobar Islands.

  Check out from the hotel and head to the airport for your journey back home, with memories of the mesmerizing Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

• Items of personal nature like laundry, telephone calls, room service charges, soft drinks and hard drink charges, etc
• Room Heater Charges at hill station, Table drinks ,tips etc.,
• GST & TCS ( International tours)
• Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather,ill health and road blocks, and/or any factors beyond control.
• The payments for additional services taken at the hotel are to be settled directly at the hotel like room heater charges
• Surcharges Extra for late night arrivals / Early morning Departures if any (2000hrs to 0700hrs)
• High And Peak Seasons supplement cost on Long weekends / Festive dates.
• Mandatory Supplement cost or Gala dinner cost on Long weekends, Events, Exhibition dates or on specific festive dates like holi, Diwali, Christmas and New year period etc will be borne by guests directly.

Terms And Conditions

• Rates valid for Indian nationals.
• Air tickets and hotels are subject to availability.
• It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identifications at the time of checking. The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Aadhar Card, Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
• All transfers and sightseeing are as per the Itinerary/package and in case of Air Conditioned vehicles, It will be switched off in the hills.
• The rates are not valid during long weekends, exhibitions, conventions, special events, Trade Fairs, Festive dates and blackout dates. Supplement cost will apply and shall be determined at the time of booking.
• The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
• The standard check-in time is 1400hrs and the standard check-out time is 1000hrs.
• Any kind of personal expenses (Laundry, room service etc..) or optional tours/ extra meals are not inclusive in the package cost.
• The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. The company will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
• In case of non-availability of above mentioned hotels similar category hotel will be provided.
• The Company reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice.
• The Company will not bear any cost for flight cancelled or delayed due to bad weather or any other reason given by the airline, cost of accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by Passenger
• There would be no refund for the road blocks at any places enroute due to natural calamity. The alternate accommodation cost at any places enroute should be bear by the passenger directly.
• No Refund or Compensation for any unused services or transport in any kind of circumstance.
• Room allotment will be as per availability at the time of check in, floor or view preferences are not guaranteed.
• Food menu as per availability of vegetables based on Buffet | Fixed menus.
• These are promotional rates and can be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Pricing of package is based on the correct age. Booking with incorrect age may incur penalty at later stage.
