Char Dham refers to four sacred pilgrimage sites in the Indian Himalayas: Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath, dedicated to Goddess Yamuna, Goddess Ganga, Lord Shiva, and Lord Vishnu, respectively. The pilgrimage, undertaken in this order, symbolizes spiritual purification and liberation. The journey typically starts and ends in Haridwar, spanning around 10 to 12 days. Conducted between April and November, it is a spiritually significant yatra that attracts devotees seeking blessings and moksha (salvation).

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi to Haridwar (220 km / 6-7 hours)

  Morning departure from Delhi.
  Arrive in Haridwar, visit Har Ki Pauri and attend the Ganga Aarti.
  Overnight stay in Haridwar.

  Drive via Mussoorie with an optional stop at Kempty Falls.
  Reach Barkot by evening.

  Early morning drive to Janki Chatti.

  Overnight stay in Barkot.

  Return to Joshimath/Pipalkoti for an overnight stay.
