• Day 1 : Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New jalpaiguri (NJP) - Darjeeling Your 12 days Darjeeling Sikkim Tour Package itinerary starts at Siliguri - The Gateway to Magical mountains!

  On your arrival to the New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Tenzong Norway Bus Stand or at Bagdogra Airport (IXB); Yes Tourism India's represntative will receive you and transferred to your hotel in Darjeeling. This pleasant drive will take you through hilly terrains at Darjeeling District through Kurseong and unwinding roads that runs along the Toy Train Tracks until you reach the Queen of the Hills - Darjeeling .
  Once you arrive at this immaculate town, check in at the hotel. You can either relax at the hotel and enjoy the view of the valley / Mount Kanchenjunga or head for a tour around the Mall Road of Darjeeling. The day is at leisure and at your will to explore. End the day with a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel in Darjeeling with a delicious dinner.

• Day 2 : Darjeeling Local Sightseeing

  Enjoy the Darjeeling Local Sightseeing on the second day of your Darjeeling Sikkim tour package.
  Wake up early in the morning to catch a glimpse of a spectacular Sun Rise at Tiger Hill from where you can get a sparkling view of Mt Kanchendzonga,changing its colour with each passing minutes.. After watching this natural spectacle, visit the 135-year-old Ghoom Monastery and the famous Batasia Loop War Memorial. Return back to the hotel. As you reach hotel, refuel yourself with an energising breakfast and then relax for a while.
  Later we start your Darjeeling Sightseeing in our Darjeeling local taxi and visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Ropeway and Japanese Temple. Evening free for shopping or leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling hotel.

• Day 3 : Darjeeling to Gangtok Transfer

  Have a filling breakfast and proceed, proceed to Gangtok - The Captial of Sikkim on our Yes Tourism India Taxi - The Best Travel Agent in Sikkim. The road to Gangtok leads through smalls towns as the River Teesta flows along with you. Upon your arrival at your hotel in Gangtok, complete your quick check in formalities and head to your room. • Day 4 : Tsongmo Lake and Baba Mandir Day Trip

  As the morning sores in, with the warm rays of the sun knocking through the window, wake up with a cup of fresh tea and proceed towards the breakfast table with a beutiful valley view. You will be served with a hearty breakfast at the hotel. Post breakfast, the Sikkim itinerary now takes you out for a tour of some famous and must-visit tourist attractions in Gangtok.
  Tsomgo Lake (12,400ft) - also known as Changu Lake in local dilects, is an oval-shaped glacial lake that is only 38 km from Gangtok Town. Tsongmo lake is almost about more than 1Km in length anf the road winds through its curve giving a full view of it. The name Tsomgo is made of two words in Bhutia Language 'Tso' means 'lake' and 'Mgo' means 'head' in a short 'source of the lake'. This high altitude lake is surrounded by snow-capped, steep mountains and remains frozen during wintertime. As summer beings to step-in, the glacier melts, and the lake gets its origin. The locals consider the lake to be sacred, and it reflects different colors with the change in seasons. A newly constrcted Ropeway ride accross the lake makes it a major attraction.
  New Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir - The Baba Mandir was built, in the Memorial of Baba Harbhajan Singh the Late Sepoy who died while performing national duties in 1968. It is believed that the spirit of the Harbhajan Singh still protects the soldiers in that area and cures the ailing ones. Nathula is approximatly 12Km from Tsomgo Lake, and 52Km from Gangtok city. Baba Harbhajan served as a part of the border patrol force, and in the year 1968, while escorting a mule column, he fell on a fast-flowing stream and got carried away by the powerful water current. Soldiers found his remains after 3 days and cremated with full military honor along with a shrine on his Samadhi built as per Baba's wish, which he expressed through his friend post-death. The original bunker of Baba Harbhajan Singh is located further up 15KM near the Gnathang valley, which is the Old Baba Mandir, but, because of its difficult terrain, tourists can't reach there so they build a New Mandir for easy access. On Sundays, a 'Langar' runs at the temple, which provides free meals to the visitors.
  Nathula Pass - A major mountain pass in the Himalayas which connects India and Tibet. Located around 52 km from Gangtok at an altitude of Fourteen Thousand ft. The road to Nathula is the highest motorable road, passes through the Tsomgo lake, and requires an special entry permit to visit. Yes Tourism India can get ypou the permits for nathula but request for Nathula Permit has to be given 42Hrs in advance. The view from this international border is breathtaking and allows the tourist to get a glimpse of China on the other side. You can click some photographs at some selected places only.

• Day 5 : Gangtok to Lachen Transfer

Pelling provides for most spectacular natural sights you can imagine in the state.ee the beautiful miniatures of Chardham and 12 jyotirlingas at the Siddheshwar Dham (Chardham) and lay eyes on the 45 feet high copper statue of Guru Padmasambhava.   Start off by visiting the sacred Khecheopalri Lake which is also known as the wish-fulfilling lake and has religious significance in both Hindu and Buddhist folklore. Later, seek blessings of the local deities by visiting the the Khecheopalri Monastery and Pemayangtse Monastery. Spend some time in nature as you visit some of the most scenic waterfalls like Rimbi Waterfalls and the Kanchenjunga Waterfall. Visit the Rabdentse Ruins to know about the glorious history of Sikkim.
