Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New jalpaiguri (NJP) to Gangtok Your 10 days Sikkim Darjeeling with North Sikkim tour itinerary begins with a bang!

  On your arrival to the NJP railway station, Tenzong Norway bus station or Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / Pakyong Airport, you will be received warmly by Yes Tourism India and transferred to your hotel in Gangtok. This pleasant drive will take you through hilly terrains until you reach the capital city of Sikkim.
  Once you arrive at this immaculate town, check in at the hotel. You can either relax at the hotel and enjoy the view of the valley or head for a tour around the MG Marg of Gangtok where you can collect souvenirs. The day is at leisure and at your will to explore. End the day with a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel in Gangtok with a delicious dinner.

• Day 2 : Tsongmo Lake and Baba Mandir Day Trip

  On the second day of your 9 Night, 10 day Sikkim Darjeeling with North Sikkim tour package, Start your day trip at Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.) and Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.), which are 55 km one way from Gangtok city. Tsongmo Lake is a picture-perfect and spend some quiet moments at its banks. It is s the most visited tourist attraction in Sikkim. Baba Harbhajan Singh temple, which has its own history related to martyr Major Harbhajan Singh. Recently, Indian army has built at 12 ft long Shiva temple on a foot hill of Nammangcho hill . The Shiva temple is put at the height of 13000 ft from sea level. It’s is regarded as the highest located Shiva idol in the world. Overnight stay at your pre-booked Gangtok hotel. (In case of a land slide or any other reason Tsomgo Lake is closed, we will provide alternate sightseeing.)

• Day 3 : Gangtok to Lachen Transfer

  Next drive to the wonder of Sikkim i.e North Sikkim
  Enjoy a fresh spread of breakfast at your hotel and proceed to Lachen. Our representative would procure the necessary permits for you. En route, visit Singhik Viewpoint that is surrounded by lush green hills and has the Teesta River gushing right below it. Check out the magnificent views of Mt. Khangchendzonga and Mt. Siniolchu from the point, during your Lachen tour.Next, witness the magnificent glory of the Seven Sisters Waterfall along with the Naga Waterfall. It is one of the most beautiful towns in Sikkim and is scarcely populated.Complete your hassle-free check-in process and relax at your room. Enjoy a peaceful overnight stay at Lachen, marking an end to the third day of your 10 day Sikkim & Darjeeling tour package with North Sikkim.

• Day 4 : Lachen to Gurudongma Lake and Transfer to Lachung

  On your fourth day of your Sikkim trip with Yes Tourism India start early at 4 am to visit the Gurudongma Lake. This trip runs through the Kanchenjunga National park, to Gurudongmar Lake. Gurudongmar Lake is one of the top 5 highest lake in India and is considered to be very sacred by the Sikkimise as well as from the Sikkhism community. The scenic Gurudongmar Lake with prayer flags all around will welcome you with beautiful sights of the hills and the glacial waters. The best time to visit this place is during the summers, during the months of March to June and During the Period of October to March. The temperature remains pleasant during summer time. During winter, this valley is mostly frozen. After visit return to Lachen and post lunch transfer to Lachung. Overnight dinner and sleep off the night. (Optional) You can go to Kala Pathar which is a new attraction, on paying subsequent charges.

• Day 5 : Visit Yumthang Valley and return to Gangtok

  Witness a truly romantic experience at the enchanting Yumthang Valley on the fouth day of your Sikkim package trip. Yumthang Valley is the top 5 Destination in Sikkim and is a must visit. After you complete your breakfast our taxi would be ready to take you for the lovely day. Yumthang valley at a height of 12,000 ft is near the river Lachung Chu surrounded by mountains. It is an idle place for the mountain floors to bloom suring the sring. Yumthang valley is also known as the valley of the flowers. During the winter season the valley is covered with huge snow with the backdrop of the snow clad mountains. After a truly enthralling experience on your Gangtok Lachen Lachung tour we return back to the Gangtok, the capital city. On reaching Gangtok check into your hotel, complete your dinner and sleep the night away.

• Day 6 : Gangtok To Pelling Transfer via Ravangla

  On this day of the Sikkim tour, you will check out from Gangtok hotel and drive to Pelling. Pelling provides for most spectacular natural sights you can imagine in the state. It is bounded by attractive flora such as primula, poppy and rhododendron. On the way stop at Ravangla where you can visit the famous Buddha Park. A 130 – foot high statue of Lord Buddha is erected at the Park and fenced in by lush eco gardens. Enjoy some local food at the nearby restaurant and click some pictures. Upon arrival at Pelling, check in to the hotel. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay on your 10 day Sikkim tour.

• Day 7 : Pelling Local Sightseeing

  First up on your Pelling itinerary is Darap Village - a small photogenic hamlet known for its vibrant culture, Sikkimise traditions, and its stunning location. Also, visit Rimbi Waterfalls, sacred Khecheopalri Lake and the magnificient beautiful Kanchenjunga Waterfalls. What follows is the Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdentse Ruins. Last and not least is visit Indias first Sky walk and which is essentially a peak point that offers stunning views of the town and the surrounding hills, especially at night. After a spirited day out in Pelling end this action packed day of your 9 day Sikkim vacation with some refreshing sleep.

• Day 8 : Pelling to Darjeeling Transfer

  Have a filling breakfast and proceed, proceed to Darjeeling - The Queen of The Hills on our Sikkim Taxi. Upon your arrival at your hotel in Darjeeling, complete your quick check in formalities and head to your room. You can go for a short walk to Darjeeling Mall Road. End this action packed day of your 8 day Sikkim vacation with some refreshing sleep.

  Enjoy the last Darjeeling city tour on the eighth day of your family holiday.
  Wake up early in the morning to catch a glimpse of a spectacular Sun Rise at Tiger Hill from where you can get a sparkling view of Mt Kanchendzonga,changing its colour with each passing minutes.. After watching this natural spectacle, visit the 135-year-old Ghoom Monastery and the famous Batasia Loop War Memorial. Return back to the hotel. As you reach hotel, refuel yourself with an energising breakfast and then relax for a while.
  Later we start your Darjeeling Sightseeing in our Darjeeling local taxi and visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Ropeway and Japanese Temple. Evening free for shopping or leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling hotel.
