Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New jalpaiguri (NJP) to Gangtok Transfer

  On your arrival to the NJP railway station, Tenzong Norway bus station or Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / Pakyong Airport, you will be received warmly by Yes Tourism India and transferred to your hotel in Gangtok. This pleasant drive will take you through hilly terrains until you reach the capital city of Sikkim.
  Once you arrive at Gangtok, check in at the hotel. You can either relax at the hotel and enjoy the view of the valley or head for a walk around the Gangtok MG Marg where you can collect souvenirs. The day is at leisure and at your will to explore. End the day with a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel in Gangtok with a delicious dinner.

• Day 2 : Tsongmo Lake and Baba Mandir Day Trip

  On the second day of your 6 Days Gangtok Pelling Tour, start your day trip at Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.) and Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.), which are 55 km one way from Gangtok city. Tsomgo Lake aka Changu Lake which was used to predict the future by the Buddhist monk depending upon its changing colours. Following this, you will visit the famous shrine of the Baba Mandir where it is believed that his spirit protects Indian soldiers. There is a Shiva temple at the height of 13000 ft from sea level just near to Baba Mandir. It鈥檚 is regarded as the highest located Shiva idol in the world. Overnight stay at your pre-booked Gangtok hotel. (In case of a land slide or any other reason Tsomgo Lake is closed, we will provide alternate sightseeing.)
  Optional Request for an inclusion of Nathula Pass (Closed on Monday's) to make your Sikkim tour more exciting (charges extra). Foreigners can go upto Tsongmo lake only after necessary PAP permits.

• Day 3 : Gangtok Sightseeing

  On the 3rd day of your Sikkim Tour, you will cover across the city of Gangtok and explore the beautiful waterfalls, view-points and monasteries here!
  After a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel, head out for a full day Gangtok town tour. Gangtok sightseeing includes visit to Tashi view-point, Bakthang Waterfalls, Do Drul Chorten Stupa, Ganesh Tok, Enchey Monastry, Directorate of Handicraft and Handloom, Flower Show, Institute of Tibetology, Ropeway and Banjhakri Falls . After sightseeing, return back to the hotel, have a delicious dinner and sleep off the night.

• Day 4 : Gangtok To Pelling Transfer via Ravangla

  On this day of the Sikkim tour, you will check out from Gangtok hotel and drive to Pelling. Pelling provides for most spectacular natural sights you can imagine in the state. It is bounded by attractive flora such as primula, poppy and rhododendron. On the way stop at Namchi one of the most visited place in Sikkim where you can visit the famous Namchi Char Dham and Samduptse. Witness the 108 ft. High Statue of Lord Shiva encircled by the replicas of Chardham. Enjoy some local food at the nearby restaurant and click some pictures. Upon arrival at Pelling, check in to the hotel. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay on your 10 day Sikkim tour.

• Day 5 : Pelling Local Sightseeing

  On your fifth day of Sikkim tour package is the small quite town of Pelling. Pelling itinerary starts with Darap Village - a small photogenic hamlet known for its vibrant culture, Sikkimise traditions, and its stunning location. Visit Rimbi Waterfalls, sacred Khecheopalri Lake and the magnificient beautiful Kanchenjunga Waterfalls. What follows is the Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdentse Ruins. Last and not least is visit India's first Sky walk and which is essentially a peak point that offers stunning views of the town and the surrounding hills, especially at night. After a spirited day out in Pelling end this action packed day with some refreshing sleep.
