    We had an unforgettable experience with Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris! Elisha planned everything perfectly, and Ryan, our guide, was exceptional鈥攊t felt like he knew exactly where every animal was. We were spotting wildlife almost every minute!     I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor 鈥� and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did.     I had an unforgettable 5-day safari with Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris in April 2025, visiting the breathtaking Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and the Giraffe Centre in Nairobi. I was referred by my friend Beth, and I鈥檓 so grateful she did! Everything was perfectly organized 鈥� from the warm welcome to the professional guide who made each destination come alive with stories, wildlife insights, and photo stops I鈥檒l treasure forever. The wildlife sightings in Maasai Mara were beyond my expectations, and feeding the giraffes up close was such a joy!
