    Traveling with my siblings through Kenya with Trip Genius Advisory Safaris was one of the most unforgettable experiences of our lives. From the moment we landed, everything was perfectly organized鈥攆rom airport pickup, friendly guides, to seamless transfers. We explored Maasai Mara, Lake Naivasha, and Amboseli, and saw the Big Five up close. Our guide, David, was knowledgeable and made every game drive exciting. Each place had its magic鈥攕unsets in the Mara, boat rides among hippos, and elephants strolling with Mount Kilimanjaro in the background. The lodges were clean, scenic, and perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The customer care from Elisha and the team was top-notch.     We had an unforgettable safari with Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris! Elisha was responsive and flexible during planning, ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Our Kenyan guide, Jacob, was exceptional鈥攈is driving skills, wildlife knowledge, and ability to find the best viewing spots made all the difference. The Land Cruisers were sturdy and comfortable in both Kenya and Tanzania. The border transition was seamless, and our Tanzanian guide, Raja, was friendly and professional.     I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor 鈥� and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. That made a huge difference. I鈥檝e learned my lesson 鈥� I鈥檒l book directly with Trip Genius Advisory Tours next time. They truly made the experience worthwhile.     "Our safari experience was incredible! The team was professional and everything was well-coordinated. Elisha, the CEO, was outstanding from start to finish. Although we missed the Great Migration, which we hope to see on a future private tour, the trip was unforgettable. Just a slight delay during our hotel pickup, but otherwise, top-notch service.     Bottom line up front: the best trip EVER. That is a bold statement because I have been to over 50 countries (including 8 African countries). The accommodations, the people, the country, our guide and the animals defied all expectations. To start with Kosen (the owner of the tour company) arranged the trip to be exactly what we asked for. No detail was spared. It was our 30th anniversary and there was a special touch at every stop. More importantly, they sponsor schools in the bush to make sure the kids get a chance for education. They have recued young girls and built dormitories so they can get an education and autonomy. Furthermore, they sponsor soccer teams in the slums of Nairobi for impoverished urban kids and create academic support and tutoring programs to help lift them out of poverty.
