  I was really disappointed! We booked a 3-day safari to Amboseli in April 2025 through another company, who then passed us on to Trip Genius. At first, everything seemed fine, but after comparing notes with colleagues, I realized the original arrangements made by the other company were quite poor — and that left us feeling really let down. Thankfully, the team at Trip Genius stepped in. The CEO and our driver went out of their way to upgrade our experience, making sure we got better service, just like our colleagues did. That made a huge difference. I’ve learned my lesson — I’ll book directly with Trip Genius Advisory Tours next time. They truly made the experience worthwhile.   Just returned from an unforgettable 3-day safari in Amboseli with my friends, organized by Trip Genius Advisory Tours and Safaris — and it was simply amazing! The view of Mount Kilimanjaro was magical, especially in the early morning light. We saw large herds of elephants up close, plus lions, giraffes, zebras, and so many birds! Our guide was professional, friendly, and spoke excellent English and even a little Mandarin, which made us feel at home. The accommodation was comfortable, the meals were delicious, and everything ran smoothly from pickup to drop-off.   We toured Kenya, Tanzania, and Zanzibar with Dallago Tours, and every day was incredible. Their 4 × 4 safari jeeps are comfortable, and the guides are very experienced. The wildlife experience at Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater was amazing. The management of the beach holiday in Zanzibar was perfect - the hotel, transfers, everything went well.   I am grateful to Natural World Kenya Safaris because they have given us much more than we expected. Every transfer from the airport was on time and organized. Our tour consultant Abel answered every question before the tour started, even at night. We visited 5 parks, and each park had an experienced and certified guide. Our guide Julius could hear every sound in the forest and knew which way the animals were! We had help choosing hotels from Esther, and each lodge was beautiful and comfortable.   This was our first time in Kenya,and we had the best time there with Amazing Memories Safaris. Everything from pick-up to the final drop-off was perfect. Everything was very well communicated and they ensured that we had a memorable experience.The owner - Anne was very helpful for choosing very good lodges for our stay during the trip. Our trip started off with Dennis receiving us at the Nairobi airport and he led us to Duncan,who was our guide and driver for the whole Safari.
