    I spoke to Joan and she was thorough with everything from when we landed from our trip in SA to when we finished the trip in KE. She mostly cared about my little ones which was so heartwarming. Our trip in Amboseli was the best , she organised a lit dinner as a surprise for my little one since he was turning 6 in a months time. I would definitely recommend them.     What a memorable safari! From the very beginning Elisha the consultant made everything seamless. He was attentive, professional and always ready to guide us through every step of planning. Once on the ground Big Five the driver turned the experience into pure magic. His knowledge of the parks, patience and sharp eyes for wildlife gave us incredible sightings of lions, elephants, giraffes and more. He drove with such skill and care, making us feel safe and well taken care of. Every detail from the game drives to the lodges was perfectly handled.     We are Dallago Tours Kenya Tanzania Ltd. We took the 4-day Masai Mara Safari package, and I have to say it was one of the best decisions of my life. Our stay was at the Elangata Olerai Luxury Camp, which was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Just the sound of crickets at night - absolutely in the middle of nature, perfect silence. Going out on a game drive, our guide was very experienced in showing us the four Big Five - the lion, the elephant, the buffalo, and the leopard. Every moment was full of excitement. The pop-up roof of the van and the fridge inside - these little details make the experience even more memorable.     We booked a 10-day safari including Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, and Maasai Mara. The tour was organized by Elisha, and the planning process went very smoothly. Elisha was incredibly helpful and quick to answer all of our questions (and we had many, as this was our first safari), providing useful information along the way. Our driver, John, was the perfect guide. From the airport pickup to the game drives, where he showcased all his skills in finding and spotting all the animals we were hoping to see. Thanks to John, we were able to see all the Big Five and all the big cats we were looking for. The accommodations were excellent and conveniently located (either within the park or close to the gates). Food exceeded our expectations, including the lunch box provided during full-day game drives. As our first safari experience, we came back home more than satisfied, with countless unforgettable memories. ...more
